This role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising a small team while also performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school preferred. · Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a plant mechanic, maintenance technician, or related role. · Previous supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred. · Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills; ability to read schematics and manuals. · Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. · Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. · Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial plant conditions.
