The Millwright is responsible for the maintenance and repair of various heavy equipment, machinery and trucks. The right candidate will have the ability to trouble shoot and repair basic to complex systems, as well as experience with basic welding repairs.  The primary duties are to complete all general maintenance and repair work as directed by the Team Leader or Manager. Basic welding repairs; should have knowledge of arc, wire and cutting techniques. Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability and uptime. Perform periodic maintenance routines to identify and correct mechanical defects before they fail. Maintain operations equipment to achieve optimal performance levels. Work with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needs. Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures and actively participate in safety program. Qualifications: *3 years minimum experience in Industrial Maintenance, 2 years related trade school training may be substituted for 2 years' experience. *Must have experience troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing and maintaining industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability and uptime *Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatics systems *Experience with fabrication, cutting with a torch, welding with arc welder *Experience troubleshooting issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, conveyors *Experience with precision alignment of motors, couplings, bearings and pumps, lubrication *Use a computer for record-keeping and documentation functions *Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations *Valid Driver License  *Travel in company supplied vehicles to all company locations *Supply own tools adequate to skill level. *Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the day BENEFITS (for all regular, full-time employees) include: *Competitive base wage *Health, Vision, Dental and Supplemental Insurance *Purchasing Discounts *Paid Time Off *Holiday Pay *401K and Roth IRA with company match after one year *Challenging opportunities, training and growth potential APPLY HERE: https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/jobs/ViewJobDetails?job=157895&clientkey=E4AA2B16AAD02069DD51B880E7895334

Duties and Responsibilities: • Preparing and managing bids for single and multi-family residential projects (typically 100+ units). • Knowledge and understanding of residential electric construction practices and install according to building codes. • Take-offs and estimation of equipment, labor and materials according to builder’s specifications and bidding tools. • Experience in obtaining and evaluating material, direct labor, manufacture equipment pricing and subcontractor quotes. • Writing proposals/bids. • Managing multiple bids simultaneously and evaluating changes through the bid process. • Evaluation of plans, looking for discrepancies and addressing them with accordingly. • Participate in contract negotiations with clients that involve scope of work and estimated quantities and values. • Assist purchasing agent in procurement of equipment and all pricing is met per contracted costs. • Sense of urgency with ability to meet guidelines. Education and Experience • Experience on single and multi-family residential projects. • Ability to communicate to installers, builders, building inspectors and homeowners install methods and code. • Possess leadership qualities and the ability to be a self-starter. • Ability to multi-task. • Five years in the Electrical trade preferred • Skilled in reading and understanding drawings, specifications, and bid documents, • Ability to accurately compile a summary of materials, equipment, and labor. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Basic computer skills with Excel competency. • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. • Team player • Attention to detail. • Dependable and Punctual.
