Salary: $75,000 to $78,000 Schedule: 7am to 3pm Are you a skilled Machinist looking to move closer to the energy and opportunities of New York City? What You’ll Do: Operate various machines to manufacture and repair mechanical assemblies Perform milling operations such as drilling, tapping, boring, and conventional milling and lathe work Maintain and use measuring devices for accurate sizing Review and repair defective machine parts using proper tools Apply various metalizing techniques as needed Follow established repair procedures and plans What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of hands-on experience in machining, milling, and lathe operations Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Experience with metal spraying techniques a plus Ability to follow repair procedures accurately Prior experience using Micrometers, Bench Grinders, Excellent Benefits Package! The renewal group is looking for quality carpenters skilled in rough framing and deck construction 1099 position

Experienced tile setters needed.. Must have own tools and do professional clean work! Mud work experience it is a plus..

We clean chimneys in apartment communities. We clean from the roof. We don't go inside. We use a patented system. You will need good ladder climbing skills and no fear of heights. Good skills with cordless drills and Sheet Metal. We will travel. We will go to Indianapolis, Chicago Milwaukee Cincinnati. I will pay for good hotel rooms and three meals a day. We will travel in a nice Tahoe. I need four people. Bring a friend. I will pay anyone extra who brings some body that can do the job. 2-3 weeks only.

Physical Requirements: • Physical stamina (ability to lift heavy objects as needed, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, etc.) • Perform various construction tasks such as airless paint spraying, rolling, brushing, restoring and caulking • Use power tools and other equipment to complete assigned tasks. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Additional Requirements: • Must have valid driver's license & insurance and reliable transportation. • Must have basic hand tools. • Must have logical decision-making skills. • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. • Must be willing and able to follow directions, processes, and instructions as provided. Duties - Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes - Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers - Mix and match colors for touch-ups and complete projects - Perform minor carpentry work related to painting projects - Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines Skills - Proficiency in drywall repair and installation - Ability to maintain and repair painting equipment - Experience in fixture installation for accurate painting around objects - Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques - Proficient in trim carpentry for precise finishing touches - Carpentry skills to assist with various tasks related to painting
