Support the distribution center operations by coordinating with various departments to optimize supply chain processes. Maintain organized records of inventory transactions and assist in reporting as needed. Skills: Experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management is preferred. Proficiency in data analysis. Familiarity with ERP systems. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to perform root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies.             This position coordinates all maintenance efforts on the property.  The main duties involved with this position are inspection, training, supervisory, and scheduling. A partial list of duties involved is provided below. Requires elevated HVAC and appliance repair experience.   Purchase, inventory, maintain, and in all other ways be responsible for all tools and supplies for the maintenance department.
