The essential duties and responsibilities include: Duties & Responsibilities: • Loading and unloading materials into vehicles • Ordering materials, equipment, etc. for our Structural division • Completing and maintaining accurate inventory of materials, equipment, and tools • Basic maintenance of shop area to ensure it is orderly on a daily basis • Small repairs to equipment • Ability to oversee and manage shop laborer • Ability to shop forklift • Pull and put together materials and equipment needed for jobs in a timely manner (i.e., mixers, scaffold equipment, etc.) Qualifications: • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) (Required) • Organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with superintendents and foreman • Basic computer skills (i.e., emailing, spreadsheets, etc.) • Ability to work on concrete floors and uneven surfaces for up to 8 hours • Work outside in all weather conditions • Ability to multi-task • Ability to work 40+ hours per week • Must have Valid Drive’s License • Some knowledge of construction Benefits: • Competitive Pay • Sick Days • Health • Dental • Vision • Life Insurance Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive Pay based on experience
