Seeking Local Property Preservation and Maintenance Contractors (Kansas City, MO) Genstone Field Services. is a national field servicing company, providing Property Preservation, Repair & Rehab Services, Tenant Occupied Maintenance, Turns, and Inspections for residential properties. Our recruiting team is looking to have conversations with boots-on-the-ground contractors working locally in their respective areas. Qualified vendors must have $1m each General Liability, Errors and Omissions, Workers Comp, and Auto Insurance. This is in the Portland Metro Area including Hillsboro, Beaverton, Forest Grove. Happy Valley, West Linn, etc. MUST have own transportation, tools and be RELIABLE.
