What We Offer We offer a full time position, with the possibility of year round employment. Snow removal and scheduled projects occur during our brief winter off season. Our workday begins at 7:30 AM and can range from 8-12 hours depending on season and workload. Tasks may vary daily and will offer opportunities to learn as you go. We offer a starting salary between $23 and $27 dollars per hour, commensurate with experience. Work boots, gloves, and a per diem food allowance are also included. You have a collaborative spirit, a willingness to show initiative, and a professional, courteous attitude. You are patient and detail oriented, comfortable working outside in all weather, performing plant installation and container maintenance. Ideally you have gardening experience, greenhouse or nursery experience, and/or a working knowledge of horticulture.
