Candidate must have their own set of hand tools, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Candidate will work with as part of a team in Nashua, NH. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Complete work assignments as directed by the Property Manager • Perform various maintenance functions and minor repairs that do not require a license in the following areas: o Painting o Plumbing o Electrical o Appliances o Flooring o Carpentry o HVAC • Shoveling snow • Complete apartment turnovers • Enforce and adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations • Preserve and respect resident and applicant confidentiality • Work patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff. • Join on-call rotation after introductory period.
