I have an Immediate Part Time cleaning position it is 3 Hrs a day 7 days a week. Monday - Saturday anytime between 4:30 and 6AM Start.. Sunday 7AM Start. This job also requires a 2nd bathroom cleaning in the afternoon ON MONDAY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY the time is flexible but must be completed between the hours of 2pm and 6pm this cleaning generally takes about 40min This position is at the Lowes in Colonial Heights YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING AN AUTO SCRUBBER!!!!!! We are looking for a well rounded, hard working superintendent for a 96 Unit property in Middletown, CT. This is a live-in position, an apartment is provided as part of the employment package. Job Duties: Inspects vacant units and prepares them for rental - including apartment renovations (Basic plumbing, electrical & tile work needed) Responds to tenant requests for repairs and keeps a log of completed work Keeps grounds clean and in safe condition (weekly exterior clean up necessary) Basic landscaping necessary Keeps entrances and walkways clear of ice, snow and debris during winter months. This is a part-time fill in position best suited for someone with another source of income. I will pay up to 125.00 per day for people with an economical, (4 Cylinder) CAR, DRIVER LICENSE, REGISTRATION and INSURANCE. All must be VALID and CURRENT.
