Ranch Worker for Osuna Ranch - Osuna Ranch Hand (Rancho Santa Fe)
We are looking for a full-time ranch worker with a good energy level who has at least one year of experience working with horses and outdoors in a highly physical job. Must be available to work on weekends, Saturday and Sunday. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
The ranch worker will clean the stalls, replace straw, provide water and feed the horses, sweep and remove waste, report horse problems or illnesses to management, repair fences, remove weeds, trim trees, mow the lawn, operate a tractor, drag the arena, and perform other duties.
Physical demands of the job include bending, pushing, twisting, gripping, lifting and carrying 50+ pounds, walking and standing on various surfaces for extended periods outdoors.
No housing is available.
