🍳 LINE COOK – Breakfast & Lunch Café (Full-Time, Weekdays Only) We’re hiring a Full-Time Line Cook to join our small café team serving breakfast and lunch, Monday through Friday only. ✅ Starting Date: Week of October 27th ✅ Stable weekday schedule – NO nights, weekends, or major holidays ✅ Approx. hours: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM 💵 Pay: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour + tips (aprox. $15-$30 per day) 🍔 Perks: Free meal every shift • PTO from day one • Friendly team • Consistent hours ________________________________________ ABOUT THE JOB Work in an open kitchen preparing and cooking food to order while interacting with customers. Responsibilities include: • Cooking breakfast and lunch items: eggs, omelets, pancakes, breakfast burritos, burgers, sandwiches, salads, quesadillas • Operating commercial equipment: flat-top griddle, broiler/grill, sauté station, deep fryer • Keeping kitchen and storage areas clean and organized — “clean as you go” • Washing dishes, wiping down prep areas, sweeping, and mopping • Working efficiently with a small, supportive team ________________________________________ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Experience cooking food to order with speed and accuracy • Availability from 5:00am – 3:30pm (normal shift will be 6:30-3pm) • Ability to handle a busy breakfast/lunch rush with attention to quality • Team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude • Reliable and punctual (dependability is essential!) • Familiar with safe food handling (Food Handler Card required within 3 weeks of starting) • Able to stand and move for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs ________________________________________ WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB • Monday–Friday daytime schedule (no nights or weekends!) • PTO starts accruing from your first day • Free meal every shift • Steady hours and a respectful, friendly environment ________________________________________ HOW TO APPLY Reply to this posting with - (1) name (2) experience or resume (3) contact info (4) why this job would be right for you.
