As a Fleet Operations Associate, you will oversee the daily management of our fleet, maintain vehicle readiness, and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fleet Inventory Management: Monitor and track the availability and location of all vehicles in the fleet. Ensure accurate inventory records and promptly address discrepancies. 2. Vehicle Maintenance: Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance and service appointments. Perform basic vehicle inspections to identify maintenance or repair needs. 3. Pick-Ups and Drop-Offs: Safely transport vehicles between locations, including customer hand-offs, service centers, and branch offices.
