We’re looking for a motivated Cannabis Gardener to join our team—no prior experience required! We will provide full training for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Assist with daily plant care, including watering, pruning, and general maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grow rooms. Help with transplanting, harvesting, drying, and curing processes. Follow all company procedures and state compliance regulations. Work collaboratively with the cultivation team to ensure a high-quality product. Qualifications: Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the cannabis industry per Washington State regulations. Pay and Schedule: Competitive starting pay of $22/hour. $1 raise after 6 months and another after 12 months. Set schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm. As a Route Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent service.  The work is physically demanding, driving many miles, and you are constantly moving, lifting and carrying groceries from your vehicle to the customer's doorstep.   What does your day look like? Average start time is 3:00am with ten-hour shifts, you'll be on-call 3am-9am one day during the week (No weekends). Operate delivery vehicles along designated routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Navigate using GPS systems or maps to optimize delivery routes. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and requires adherence to strict safety and quality protocols.     Ensure all work adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices, safety procedures, rules, and regulations.                           

As a Flagger for Waeco Construction, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring safety and efficient traffic flow at our work sites. Your awareness, adherence to safety protocols, and ability to follow Traffic Control Plans (TCP) will help protect both our team and the public. Key Responsibilities: Traffic Control Support: Direct both vehicular and pedestrian traffic around work zones. Operate essential traffic control equipment, including stop/slow paddles, warning signs, and signaling devices. Set up work zones safely and effectively, ensuring proper placement of signs, cones, and other devices. Communicate clearly with team members and site personnel using standard signals and procedures. Safety Awareness: Maintain constant vigilance of your surroundings to ensure safety. Adhere to all safety guidelines, standards, and site-specific regulations. Be prepared to respond swiftly to emergency situations, adjusting traffic control measures as needed. Always wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Requirements: Strong understanding of traffic control operations and safety protocols. Ability to stand for extended periods in various environments. Ability to follow instructions from team leads and foremen.
