Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join the G+D team as Secure Production Operators III in our secure Bolingbrook, IL facility. We have two shifts available. 1st shift will work Monday through Friday 6am-2pm. 2nd shift will operate Monday through Friday 2pm-10pm. This role involves handling sensitive materials and operating complex machinery for the production of high-security items. Duties & Essential Job Functions: Operate and maintain the machine, ensuring high-quality production of secure product. Follow strict security protocols to handle sensitive materials and personal data. Perform routine machine checks and maintenance to ensure optimal operation and identify any issues. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold product standards and identify any defects. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of materials used and products produced. Understand the entire range of functions as well as the operating sequence of the machine. Load materials on the machine in the order they are to be placed on the table. Read job specifications and previous run data to determine machine parameters and material. Ensure proper Lockout/Tag-out procedures have been followed before performing maintenance on the machine. Meet or exceed job standards for line speeds, scrap, and set-up times. Load and unload stock. Report any necessary maintenance issues to the Maintenance Department.
