Title: Machine Operator – Komax Iota 330 | Torrance, CA | $22–$25/hr Location: Torrance, CA Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary-to-Permanent Pay: $22 – $25 per hour, based on experience Description: Our client is a leading provider of aerospace, defense, and medical electrical interconnect solutions, who is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join their Torrance facility. You will operate and maintain machines such as the Komax Iota 330 to produce high-quality wire processing and related components. Attention to detail, precision measurements, and strong arithmetic skills are required. Key Responsibilities: - Operate production machines according to specifications - Set up machines and perform routine maintenance (oiling, cleaning, adjustments) - Measure parts using rulers, scales, and calipers to ensure accuracy - Utilize computers for label creation and timekeeping - Follow safety and cleanliness procedures Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED - 6 months – 1 year machine operation experience (aerospace, defense, or medical preferred) - Strong arithmetic/math skills (including decimals, fractions, and percentages) - Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English - Proficient in using rulers, scales, and calipers - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods - Basic computer skills for label creation and timekeeping Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Temp-to-hire with long-term career growth potential How to Apply: Please email your resume to anaheim@lyneer.com.
