Handle and resolve customer issues, such as order discrepancies or product concerns, with a professional and friendly demeanor. Maintain and update customer records and interactions within our database. Coordinate with the production and shipping departments to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered correctly. Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying informed on new offerings and industry standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in customer service, sales, or the construction/building materials industry is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette. Proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email, MS Office, and experience with POS or CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with taking measurements and interpreting basic product specifications is highly desirable. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for solving problems and helping others.
