Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Job Description: Customer Service: Processing customer orders received by phone-email-online and mainly with IPE Aggregate Outside Sales Reps. Purchasing: ordering stock parts as necessary for inventory level and customer orders. Deliveries: Scheduling and assisting on all deliveries daily. Basic office duties: Processing and filing paperwork promptly. Job Qualifications: Live in the surrounding area of location hiring: El Paso, Texas. Must have a valid drivers' license and clean driving record. Must have GED or High School Diploma. Must have steady employment. Must be self-motivated thoughtful individual with a high energy level. Prior warehouse experience. Must be capable of accurate order processing. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy required. Excellent attendance required. Exceptional customer service skills. Must be able to interact well with customers and fellow employees. Willingness to learn the sales aspect of the business. Must possess basic computer skills; QuickBooks experience a plus. Must have the ability to obtain a forklift license. Ability to frequently reach, bend, walk etc. Must be able to lift 40# approximately 10 times a day. Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. **Salary based upon experience. Only qualified candidates will be considered. Must have a valid drivers' license and clean driving record. ** IPE Aggregate is a distributor for many large manufacturers worldwide for the Aggregate-Mining-Cement-Construction-Recycling-Energy Industries.
