This role is ideal for someone who has both maintenance skills and the ability to coordinate with tenants, contractors, and ownership. Responsibilities Perform basic handyman tasks (lock changes, patching drywall, unit turns, junk removal, etc.). Coordinate with outside vendors (plumbers, electricians, landscapers). Respond to emergencies (alarms, break-ins, leaks). Oversee the full leasing cycle: advertising, tours, applications, move-ins, and move-outs. Handle resident relations with excellent customer service, de-escalation skills, and solution-focused problem solving. Communicate professionally via email, text, and phone. Provide clear, concise reporting to ownership on building needs, leasing efforts, and tenant issues.
