Single room for rent in shared house. We are looking for a new housemate, preferably a female-identifying or gender non-conforming person, age 25-40. You should be a friendly, considerate, and reliable housemate who loves dogs and who wants to hang out, watch movies, and play board games. We live in a beautiful house in the Lents/Foster-Powell area. We're walking distance to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, and right on the bus line for convenience. I (33f) am a musical theatre performer and work Monday-Friday from home. I am a friendly person, and I also own the home and have been decorating and improving the house over the last 5 years. My current housemate, Eliza (30f), is a friendly and fiery person who moved in about 2 years ago. She loves to sing and hang out with her 5 year-old dog, Caspian. He is a Border Collie/German Shepherd mix. In addition to Caspian, I have two dogs who are 5 and 3 years old. They are lovely sweet boys, one of whom is a little ball of goofy energy, Humphrey, and the other is a chill, sweet, couch potato, Sinatra. Sinatra just had hip surgery, so he’ll be in recovery til around Christmas time. The room is in the basement, but has a large window and a large closet (just outside the room). There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the building, plenty of street parking, and air conditioning in the main space. We also have a covered detached porch with a fire pit and barbecue, a media room, plenty of garden space, and a lovely front porch. We have most streaming services available in our media room.
