It’s easy to park on the street and no permits are required. It's a fairly wide street for the hills. If you have a bike, you can keep it in my garage. It's on a quiet dead-end street in the San Rafael hills, and only 1 mile from downtown San Rafael. You can have a guest or overnight guest, but not several friends at once. Until we get to know each other, you can have kitchen privileges when I’m not cooking a meal. About me: I'm a new homeowner. I like gardening, hiking, dancing, and cooking. My fiancé visits me on Tuesday nights and some weekends, and members of my family visit from time to time.
