I have a spacious bedroom for rent with a private bath and balcony. This bedroom is on the third floor of a townhouse and has the feel of your own private space. Room will be delivered vacant. The townhouse has an open floor plan on the first floor. The kitchen has dishwasher disposal and gas stove. The back deck has a place for you to have coffee in the morning or dinner at night. There is a finished basement with a bar and laundry room with washer/dryer. There is off street visitor parking, and on street parking also. I am a professional woman who is a realtor so I work at home and my realty office. Evenings I am either home or out with friends. I do have a visiting nurse that is here for 3 months. It's a 21 min walk to Roslindale Village and the commuter rail. To take a bus to Forest Hills there's a 12 min walk to the bus stop and 15 min ride to Forest Hills.
