It is right across the street from a great dog walking park (Mira Vista), and 1.4 miles from El Cerrito Del Norte Bart station. Small dogs are negotiable. Sorry, no cats due to allergies. H., who rents the room adjacent to the one available, works in the food industry and is studying to be an EMT; I am the owner of the house, and am a musician who works part time from home. We are both quiet, busy, considerate and friendly. We are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, can contribute to light household chores (taking out trash, vacuuming, cleaning up kitchen after cooking, etc), is communicative and responsible. Someone who likes their own private area but also enjoys a friendly conversation together. Utilities are a flat rate of $80 and include high speed internet, water, PG&E and garbage.
