For this position you MUST be bilingual (English & Spanish) driver with strong leadership skills and a positive attitude to join our team! Responsibilities Include: ✔️Managing the movement and tracking of trucks and trailers within the yard ✔️Ensure timely andaccurate release of outbound trucks. ✔️Observe & guide seamless flow of operations (pickup-delivery) at Customer distribution yard. ✔️Local deliveries & staging trailers at customer facilities ✔️ Organizing the yard and ensuring efficient operations ✔️ Training and mentoring drivers on Customer & DOT safety standards ✔️ Collaborating with multiple departments to support operations What We’re Looking For: ✅ Operationally Experienced CDL Class A Driver with strong Communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
