The monthly rate is $5,950 for January to April and $3,450 for a minimum stay of 3 months from May to December. In general the minimum stay is 1 month but discounts may be possible for longer term stays. Fully furnished home in the gated community of Anthem Country Club. It is located in a clean, quiet and safe area just north of Phoenix with easy access to the freeway. The house features 2 bedrooms, a den and 2 bathrooms. It is fully equipped and includes a full size washer/dryer. The private back yard has a large patio area for relaxing in the sun and also has a covered area as well. Utilities and high speed internet are included. It has a fairly large 2 car garage but we store our car there. It is well to one side so there is plenty of room for another car in the garage. There is a cleaning fee of $200 per stay plus a refundable damage deposit.Non-smokers and no pets only.
