$1,775 Sublet wanted (Uptown)

Hi, I'm looking for a sublet to take over my lease. Pretty good sized 1 bedroom apt by Chicago standards. Rent is $1775 a month. Move in date November 1st (or mid October, let’s chat). Lease is up March 1st. With option to renew if you work it out with the landlord.
