Border Collie (Southgate)

Rehoming my Border Collie. He is about 4 yrs old. I can no longer care fot him due to health and financial difficulties. He has behavior issues because he has not had proper social interaction and training. He is very loving once he gets to know you. He loves to snuggle and loves belly rubs. He needs to go to a home with no cats. Idk how he would do in a home with other dogs because he has not been around other dogs or had that proper social interaction so he does not know how to behave . He needs someone who will work with him to get him to be the dog he can be. He needs to go to someone with a home and yard so he can run free as he cannot do that here as I live in an apartment complex and this is not the life I want for him he deserves better.
