We’re looking for experienced Data Science professionals to support ongoing research projects with leading AI labs. This work involves applying your analytical and engineering expertise to improve next-generation AI systems. About the Role: You’ll work on tasks that combine applied machine learning, prompt and algorithm evaluation, and model benchmarking. Typical responsibilities include: Reviewing AI-generated prompts, code, and responses for technical accuracy Refining data and model inputs to improve clarity and results Providing structured feedback on solution quality Organizing content by topic, domain, or complexity Supporting benchmarking to assess model performance What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.) Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; familiarity with R, Java, or Scala is a plus Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch) Skilled in data wrangling, analysis, and feature engineering on large datasets Able to work independently and follow structured guidelines Details: Pay: $80–$120/hr, depending on experience Fully remote and asynchronous 15–25 hours per week, with flexibility up to 40 This role is ideal for professionals who want to contribute to high-impact AI research and evaluation work while maintaining a flexible schedule.
