We’re seeking 2-3 hardworking and experienced individuals to join our team for a short-term project on a military installation. If you have experience in roofing, carpentry, or skilled labor, we want to hear from you! Job Details: Duties Include: Installing sheathing and vapor barriers Assisting with standing seam roofing and siding installation as needed Project Duration: Estimated 2-4 weeks (weather-dependent) Schedule: Full-time during the project Pay Rate: $25 - $32 per hour, based on experience What We’re Looking For: Experience in roofing, carpentry, or general skilled labor Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work safely and efficiently on-site Must be eligible to work on a military installation (background checks may apply)

You’ll help cut, color-design, sew, and finish upcycled cashmere neck warmers. This role is hands-on and collaborative — you’ll be part of refining our production systems as we grow. Responsibilities: - Cut, design, and sew neck warmers from upcycled cashmere - Use existing patterns and design direction while making thoughtful color and layout choices for each unique piece - Maintain high quality and consistency across production runs - Help develop and document efficient production systems - Work primarily in the studio using provided machines and tools (some flexible off-site work possible) - Communicate clearly about timelines, progress, and challenges About You - You have experience sewing garments. Home skills are great.
