We are looking for a Property/Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our Eugene team. This person will report up to our maintenance manager and handle a wide variety of work orders, turns and apartment renovations. Experience with light plumbing, carpentry and electrical repair is required. This is a full time position and exact hourly wage/salary is dependent on candidates experience. Benefits include health insurance, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, sick days and employer contribution to a simple IRA. Valid drivers license, car and car insurance are required. Starting at $20.00 per hour

What We’re Looking For: - Experience in vinyl application for signage, large-format graphics, or related industries. - Strong attention to detail to ensure clean, precise applications. - Ability to read and follow design specifications for sign layouts and installation. - Familiarity with sign-making tools and materials (plotters, lamination, transfer tape, etc.). - Ability to work with large vinyl graphics on various surfaces (acrylic, aluminum, PVC, glass). - Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working with large signage components. - Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment. - Valid driver’s license (preferred). The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in structural steel and misc metals. Verifiable references required. This position is not a work from home position on site only. Duties and Responsibilities: Construction and Structural steel experience along with strong organizational and communication skills Minimum 5 Years Experience. Responsible for the management, coordination and administering multiple projects. Tekla EPM experience required Must have above average computer skills Must be able to develop schedules and progress reports Must be to read and interpret structural, architectural, and shop drawings. Bluebeam knowledge required Experience with steel detailing software and Auto Cad would be a plus but not required Must be able to communicate and advise detailers for shop drawings Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time.
