Description

Please read all requirements! I’m looking for a skilled, reliable handyman to join me on various renovation and repair projects. This is not a “punch a clock and get by” role—I need someone sharp, detail-oriented, and efficient who can handle tasks right the first time. You’ll be working on projects ranging from house flips to general home repairs, so adaptability is key. Job tasks General carpentry, drywall, and light framing Flooring installation (LVP, tile, etc.) Painting, prep, and finishing work Light electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures) Light plumbing (fixtures, faucets, drains) Trim, baseboards, doors, and hardware installs Miscellaneous repair/maintenance tasks What I’m Looking For 3+ years proven experience as a handyman, remodeler, or tradesperson Strong problem-solving skills (you can figure things out without babysitting) Your own reliable tools and transportation Punctuality and professionalism—respect for the job and the client Able to work independently and produce clean, high-quality results What You’ll Get Competitive pay: $25–$30/hr depending on skill Consistent work on varied, interesting projects (no boring same-day stuff) Freedom to work with minimal micromanagement if you can deliver quality !Requirements: A short intro about yourself and your experience Specific skills or specialties you’re strongest in Recent project examples (before/after pics if you have them) Your availability and pay expectations ⚠️ Applications without the above will not be considered.
