If you are a highly skilled painter with experience and past job history, we want to talk with you. We are growing year over year and looking to bring youu aboard our team. Mister Paint is an established painting contractor doing work throughout the Bay Area for the last 30 years and are looking for additional team members. We work on both commercial and residential projects. Tasks will include loading and unloading job site supplies, assisting painters onsite with any tasks necessary to aid in an efficient and professional completion of job. Including patching, taping, masking, spraying, and brushing. Applicants must have the ability to learn these tasks as well all safety protocols with minimal training. Attention to detail and professional completion of tasks required. Please forward resume. Background check and pre-employment physical will be required prior to start of work. We’re seeking a Shop Supervisor who offers a skillset beyond that of a skilled builder or foreperson. This position oversees daily shop operations, manages Lead Fabricators and Facilities team members, and helps shape a shop culture rooted in quality, care, and efficiency. Emotionally intelligent: calm under pressure, good at reading people, and able to give/receive feedback constructively. Proficiency in reading and interpreting shop drawings and DFM drawings. Familiarity with LEAN principles and Six-Sigma (formal training is a plus). Comfortable using (or learning) Rhino, Solidworks, V-Carve, and other digital fabrication tools primarily for viewing purposes. Experience with digital fabrication techniques (CNC, laser cutting, 3d printing) General Requirements 10+ years of experience in fabrication or construction; 5+ in a supervisory or leadership role.
