We at Carvana are adding a Senior Auto Body/Paint Professionals, urgently to our team at our Inspection Center in Chesterfield! Hours are Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM or Mon-Thurs 3:30 PM-2:30AM (40-hour weeks) Hourly Wage for this role starts at $26/hour + $4,000+ Sign On (willing to pay higher for more experience) As an Experienced Auto Body/Paint Professional, you’ll be expected to perform extensive paint or bodywork on multiple panels, including: Blending base coat for a color match for two-stage paint application Correcting fish-eyes as they appear in the paint Using water-based paint to paint/gloss the vehicle inside our paint booths ~Heavy plastic welding/stapling ~Heavy metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding ~Roof and rocker panel repair ~Large area, heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair) ~Blending base coat for a color match for two-stage paint application ~Using water-based paint to paint/gloss the vehicle inside our paint booths Benefits and Perks!
