We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for a small 24 Unit Apartment Community to perform general maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks for residential buildings (2) and common areas to keep the property in good condition. Repairs: Plumbing: Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and repairing pipes. Electrical: Replacing light fixtures, mounting TVs, and performing other basic electrical tasks. HVAC: Checking for proper operation of Thermostats, Smoke and C02 Detectors General: Patching drywall, painting walls and ceilings, and repairing minor carpentry issues.
