Missing black cat, last seen by Marcom rose garden (oakland lake merritt / grand)

My cat didn’t come home on Friday night, last seen at the corner of Oakland and Olive ave. He is a very friendly black male cat with a kink at the end of his tail. His name is Jeff and he was wearing a blue fi collar and black flea collar. Please reach out if you see him. He is likely within a mile of where he was last seen.
