Swimming Pool Service Technician (Company Truck Provided) (Escondido)

Pool Service Technician You will be responsible for a route of swimming pools Monday through Friday. We service a wide range of pools from residential to large commercial pools and each requires separate care and maintenance. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and not afraid to jump in and tackle any task. Below are the traits and responsibilities we are looking for in a technician. •Outgoing, confident and professional personality and appearance •Reliability. You are expected to be on time for work and avoid unplanned absences. No call no shows will be cause for immediate termination. •Flexibility. From time to time pool service requires adjustments and changes and as new issues come up and new clients are secured changes may occur to your route and responsibilities. •Ability to clearly follow directions and meticulous attention to detail •Ability to take careful notes and keep accounts, repairs, issues and recommendations organized •Great communication skills. As a technician you will need to regularly communicate with us any issues or repairs that need to be taken care of as well as be readily available to take calls from us or office personal about needed work or tasks. •Must have reliable truck for pool route and valid CA driver's license Expectations at each and every pool •Test water for chemical balance and adjust chemicals accordingly to properly maintain pool •Vacuum pool and spa/applicable water features •Empty all skimmer baskets and clear any debris in pool or pool equipment areas •Inspect ALL equipment and pool areas for issues, leaks, and needed repairs •Keep clear and organized log of any work done and needed at each pool •Maintain filter as needed (backwash, adjust pressure, etc.) •Properly treat and report any algae present •Submit work logs weekly to management $20 Per Hr.
