WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB • No experience needed – we provide full training so you can start strong, even if it’s your first time. • $20–$25 per hour + tips + end-of-season bonus – perfect way to earn extra holiday cash! • Work in teams of 2 – always have a buddy to share the workload and fun. • Overtime available – more hours = more pay. • Fun, energetic environment – we work hard and have fun doing it. • Growth potential – top performers may have opportunities beyond seasonal work. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Install and remove holiday lights on homes and commercial properties. • Work on ladders and rooftops (training and safety gear provided). • Meet at the shop each morning, gather materials, then head out with your crew. • Represent the company with professionalism, ensuring safety, customer satisfaction, and festive displays. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • A positive attitude and strong work ethic. • Comfort with heights (you’ll be climbing ladders). • A team player who works well with others. • Flexible availability during the busy holiday season. WHAT YOU DON’T NEED • Tools or supplies – we provide everything. • Previous experience – whether you’re new or experienced, we’ll train you.
