Warehouse Supervisor Honolulu, HI Full Time Experienced Title: Warehouse Supervisor Location: 3017 Ualena Street Honolulu, Hawaii 96819 Pay Rate: $48,000 - $50,000 per year exempt ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Management: Plan, organize, and oversee the work of staff to ensure alignment with organizational requirements. Lead, train, and mentor warehouse associates to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Daily Operations: Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, including offloading, loading, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Specifically loading and unloading of lift vans from the teams as they depart and return from their assignments. Oversee the unloading and transfer loading of containers, as well as the whole operation. Performance Monitoring: Implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall warehouse performance. Quality Control: Ensure all operations comply with quality standards and customer requirements. Address and resolve quality issues promptly. Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Utilize and manage WMS to track inventory, optimize workflow, and ensure accuracy in order processing. Customer and Shipper Complaints: Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.
