Duties may include notifying management of the need for repairs and safety issues. Taking pride and ownership of your duties and or areas are crucial to success. Operation of floor buffers and walk behind floor scrubber. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices preferred. Knowledge of safety practices and working safely. Good understanding of cleaning supplies and chemicals. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand verbal and written instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Must pass a drug test, MVR, and background screening when required. Snow and ice experience is preferred, but if you have great communication and management skills, we will provide training to the right candidate. We provide new F250 or F350 fully outfitted truck with V-Plow and Polycast de-icing units.
