Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), including basic queries and table updates. Comfortable navigating Active Directory, DNS, and basic Windows network configurations. Experience with IIS, backup/restore utilities, or virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and customer communication skills.
