ProArch is looking for a dedicated SQA Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products by executing manual testing processes. You will work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify defects and ensure our applications are user-friendly and functionally robust. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on system requirements and specifications. Identify, document, and track defects to ensure timely resolution. Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues and improve product usability. Communicate test results, issues, and progress to team members and stakeholders effectively. Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to product development discussions. Maintain detailed and accurate test documentation and reports. Requirements Strong working experience in Manual Testing on windows, Mobile and Web applications. Having knowledge on Automation is an advantage. Should have very good knowledge on SQL. Should be aware of database testing & Linux fundamentals. Exposure to web services (SoapUI, REST etc). Should be familiar with all the major stages of SDLC, STLC and Bug Life Cycle. Should be aware of doing the Requirement Analysis. Work experience / knowledge in testing the client service-oriented architectures is must. Should be capable of interacting/communicating with the client. Good in both oral & written skills.

Position Overview We are seeking a Field IT Technician to join our growing team. This role combines IT expertise with hands-on fieldwork, supporting the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise security systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking, databases, and system administration, along with the ability to work independently in client environments. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain access control systems, video surveillance, and other security technologies. Provide IT/networking support for system integration, including switches, servers, and wireless devices. Configure databases and applications for security platforms (e.g., S2, Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, etc.). Perform troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to deliver projects on time and within scope. Provide end-user training and support as needed. Maintain accurate service documentation, system diagrams, and project notes. Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and industry best practices. Additional Qualifications 2+ years of IT or field technician experience (security industry preferred, but not required). Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and Windows environments. Familiarity with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) and basic query skills. Experience with access control or video management systems a plus. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Willingness to travel locally to client sites; valid driver’s license required. Ability to lift and mount equipment when needed (up to 50 lbs). Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst, Security Engineer, or similar role. Certified A+ or Networking+ required. Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls. Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and vulnerability management tools. Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with incident response, forensic investigation, and threat intelligence. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented, analytical, and equipped with robust problem-solving skills. Familiarity with SOX, PCI-DSS, and other regulatory compliance requirements. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or GIAC) strongly preferred. Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) is a plus. Familiarity with SDLC and secure coding practices, preferred.
