Sign Maker / Graphic Designer

We are hiring an experienced Sign Maker / Graphic Designer with a strong background in sign design and production. This is not a marketing or general design role — all design experience must be directly related to signage (large format prints, vinyl graphics, dimensional letters, wayfinding, etc.). What You’ll Do: - Design and prepare production files in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and FlexiSIGN - Produce signs using substrates, vinyl, laminates, and adhesives - Operate and maintain large-format printer, plotter, and laminator - Apply digital prints and cut vinyl to rigid substrates with precision - Perform light installations (vinyl on doors/windows, dimensional letters on walls) - Keep projects accurate, on time, and well documented What We’re Looking For: - 3–5+ years of professional sign making and sign-related design experience - Hands-on expertise with FlexiSIGN, Illustrator, and Photoshop - Knowledge of sign materials, substrates, fabrication techniques - Large-format printing, cutting, laminating, and finishing experience - Valid NJ driver’s license, clean record, and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed) - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Benefits: - Competitive pay (salary range listed, higher for exceptional experience) - Paid vacation and holidays - Opportunities for career growth About the Company Majestic Signs (majesticsigns.net) is a full-service local sign company, offering end-to-end solutions from design and permitting to fabrication and installation.
