Engage clients in recreational and social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Monitor and document clients' physical, mental, and emotional status during shifts. Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping and laundry duties. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; certification in Direct Support Professional training preferred. Previous experience in health care, caregiving, or a related field is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.
