✨Awesome Room Available after 10/15, looking to fill by November 1st, but later date is negotiable! ✨ Super cute dreamy little duplex/townhome with 2 bathrooms, in-unit laundry, parking, small patio and garden area, in great neighborhood and only one other roommate! Our neighbors our awesome and it’s very quiet considering it’s walking distance to so many things. $825/mo, water/sewer/waste is included in the rent, electric and wifi are the only other bills, can be between $20 and $50 a month depending on usage. The house is furnished but I am down to redecorate, or replace any of my furnishings if you have something you like better! The room is 13x13 and has a large closet! There is a large window with great light. I have transformed the dining area into a home office and there is room to add another desk or craft area for you. About the current roommie(me): I am 38f and I am very friendly, creative and chill. I enjoy making art, decorating, going on walks, making food, playing games, and cuddling my cat. I’m leftist, 420 friendly, although I don’t smoke that often. I would be down to hang out but also understand the importance of alone time. I keep a pretty active social life but rarely have guests over. My 4yr old tabby cat would love to have a friend, so another cat is encouraged but a small dog could be welcome as well!
