This is a recurring seasonal role—perfect for someone who enjoys working intensively during the busy season each year and wants to return annually. Responsibilities: • Prepare and review individual income tax returns (Form 1040 and related schedules) • Assist with small business income tax returns as needed • Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations • Communicate with clients to gather required information and answer basic tax- related questions • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information Qualifications: • Previous experience preparing income tax returns required • Familiar with Ultra Tax software a plus (not required) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak season

Position Summary: The Paving Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the asphalt paving crew. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification. Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily paving operations on-site Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications Supervise equipment operators, laborers, and truck drivers Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics for job sites Enforce all safety protocols and conduct daily safety meetings Read and interpret site plans, grades, and job specs Maintain accurate job records, timesheets, and reports Communicate clearly with project managers and inspectors Requirements: 3+ years of asphalt paving experience (1+ year in a foreman role preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of paving equipment and materials Ability to read site drawings and operate paving machinery Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus) Must be dependable and safety-focused Benefits: Medical and Dental Insurance Retirement Plan Options Paid Time Off (PTO) Competitive Pay Company-Supplied Equipment
