We’re currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time office administrator to support the daily operations of our management team. WORK HOUR DETAILS * Part-time * Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 4 - 6 hours per day * Start time: 7-8 AM, with a flexible lunch break * If any of the working days is holiday, we expect you to work the next day * Possible to become a full time as company grows ABOUT YOU We are looking for a self-motivated, warm and hard-working administrator committed to our mission of delivering the best quality products. You’re eager to learn, teach, and share You’re attentive and like working with others Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to; Online Order Management; Generate shipping labels for Ecommerce Orders Make sure all orders are packaged and shipped on time by working with packaging team Whole Sales Order Management: Create Order Sheet (Excel) Create BOL (Excel) Create Packing Slip & Invoice (Quick Books) Arrange shipping schedule with carriers Organize documents Office/HR Managerial Data Entry (Store List, Customer List..etc/Google Sheet) Creating Documents (Ex. Inventory List, Food Safety Log form, Purchase Form..etc) New & Current Employee Set Up & Follow Up Handle Office Supplies ; Purchase and Keep Inventory Perform other duties as assigned Works side by side with the business owner in business related tasks and responsibili-ties. Completes all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: - - The ability to speak, read and write English proficiently - Conversational Spanish and Spanish reading comprehension - Fluency with numbers and arithmetic - Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and email - Positive, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset - Experience with QuickBook online is a plus - Prior experience in food manufacturing company is a plus Working Hours This is a part time position.
