Lake Winnipesaukee is the place to be! It's a 3 bedroom home, right on the water on Paugus Bay. Great place to come and relax, swim, kayak, and whatever else you may want to do. It's got a huge front lawn,nice sandy walk in beach perfect for all age kids, and big deep water dock/deck to hang out on and park your boat at. I'm on the west side so you get to see beautiful sun and moon rises too. I don't just rent out in summer either. It's a great place to come for leaf peepers during peak foliage with lots of hiking trails on mountains like Mt Major and Belknap Mountain to enjoy. I also rent out to snowmobilers because in the black yard is the railroad tracks with hundreds of miles of riding, and in the front yard the lake to ride. Great for school vacations, too, to come up and ski Gunstock, skate, ice fish, etc. Open for fishing Derby weekends and Pond Hockey weekend as well! (All at lesser rates than summer) I'm only 10 minutes from Weirs Beach, by boat or by car. ( Not far from where all the concerts are at the NH Pavilion either.)
