Responsibilities include: • Welcome and assist clients throughout all phases of their design projects—from product selection to post-sale support • Answer client questions, offer design suggestions, and maintain ongoing communication to ensure a seamless experience • Manage sample check-outs/check-ins, schedule project consultations, and handle order processing, follow-ups, and pickups • Meet monthly sales goals while building strong, lasting client relationships • Maintain a well-organized showroom, ensuring displays are clean, up-to-date, and properly labeled • Oversee incoming and outgoing warehouse orders, including safe and efficient loading/unloading of customer materials • Stay informed on the latest in cabinetry, tile, flooring, and natural stone products and trends • Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and collaborative work environment • Support various tasks and responsibilities as needed across the team Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance, including making decisions with minimal supervision. • Manage priorities to meet business goals. Qualifications: • High school diploma required. • Degree in interior design, architecture, construction, or related trade is preferred. • 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally in tile, stone, slab, or cabinetry • A strong eye for design and a working understanding of color and materials • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’re patient, professional, and people-focused • Highly organized, self-motivated, and calm under pressure • Comfortable working with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in both a showroom and warehouse setting • Available to work retail hours, including Saturdays • A background in interior design, architecture, or construction (degree or trade school) a plus • Familiarity with design tools (especially 2020 design software) • Forklift operation experience desired • Math skills and the ability to calculate square footage from plans or drawings Benefits include: As a valued member of The Raby Company, you’ll receive our standard benefits package for hourly, non-exempt employees, including: • Health Coverage: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance with 70% employer contribution for employees. • Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued PTO beginning after one year of employment: • 40 hours starting in year 2 • 80 hours starting in year 3 • Paid Holidays: • Thanksgiving • Christmas Day • New Year’s Day • Independence Day (4th of July) • Work week: One weekday off and Sundays off weekly for rest and recharge.

(We will give you a list of all possible questions that customers may ask with all their answers) * To sell our products and to take payments using shopify POS app (We will train you with that), stricktly no cash payments are allowed to be taken, only cards and apple pay. * To wipe all products with meneral oil every 3 to 4 days, clean dust out of shelves, make sure stall and products are always clean and shiny. We do not require someone with previous experience in sales but a good level of English language, good communication skills and friendly attitude are a must. The right condidate will also have to commit to follow the above mentioned duties instructions as required. You will meet with us few days before the official start day of the event at the stall location, the day when we will be setting up we will give you a full induction and training as required, we will make you feel ready and confident to sell our products.
