You will be responsible for providing legal counsel on a variety of legal matters, analyzing risks, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance. This position is for an appearance attorney to appear at general settings for a flat fee. The appearances are typically uncontested routine civil court proceedings in civil county courts. The fee it typically $125 per appearance which may be multiple appearances per day or week. Some trial and court experience is required. Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Florida

We need a New York Notary Public to handle mortgage refinance and other loan closings. Each closing takes about 40 minutes and drive time. Jobs are at different times Monday through Sunday. The split is designed to incentivize and reward attorneys for their work, and historically results in higher annual income than a salary based model or salary/smaller commission hybrid.
