Job Description DMG is seeking Carpenters / Cabinet Makers for fabricating custom cabinets, bar tops, and other misc millwork. The ideal candidate will have experience building custom, stain grade cabinetry. DMG also has a full finishing shop, where we apply paints, stains, and other finishes. We are looking for experienced Insulation/Weatherization Crew Leaders. Schedule is Mon-Fri 6:30-3:30 +/-, with a possible weekend if you choose to work. We are a retrofit weatherization company, working mainly on residential and occasionally commercial buildings. All employees must report to work at our shop location in Loudon NH, materials and supplies will need to be loaded on the trailers for that day’s work prior to leaving for the job. We provide transportation to the job sites. A DOT medical card would be a plus, as well as any other certifications in this field. Summary: Oversees all aspects of flatwork concrete projects (driveways, patios, sidewalks, basement floors, and garage slabs) within residential home construction. Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinates with builders, subcontractors, and very rarely, homeowners to deliver durable, high-quality flatwork that integrates seamlessly with overall home building schedules. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and manage flatwork crews for residential construction projects. Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and structural drawings. Estimate materials, labor, and equipment needs. Coordinate site preparation, form setting, pouring, finishing, curing, and jointing. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards. Maintain communication with general contractors, homeowners, and inspectors. Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards on all job sites. Resolve on-site issues and adapt schedules to weather, material, or design changes. Track project progress, report updates, and close out completed work. Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of concrete flatwork techniques, finishing, and curing processes. Project management and scheduling experience in residential construction. Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously. Knowledge of construction safety standards and site compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
