Yacht Detailer / Deck Crew - Train to Management ($35-50+/hr) (sausalito)

We're seeking a humble, hardworking, detail-obsessed professional to join our yacht management team. Start as a boat detailer with a clear path to management roles. Our work is tough and exacting but with a great crew and awesome clients. Your days will be spent outside in the many beautiful harbors of Sausalito, Tiburon and San Francisco. Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and able to perform strenuous physical work. This will start as a part time position with a flexible 2 days per week and then grow to full time based on the person. Compensation Starting at $35/hr and will quickly grow from there. A great candidate will be earning $50+/hr after 6 months. You will start as detailer / deck crew and this will be your primary role. Learning how to detail and inspect the topside of client yachts. Cleaning, cleaning, and more cleaning. Personality Intensely detailed, honest and hardworking. You must LOVE cleaning and making things shine. Qualifications Great communication, honesty, timeliness, and hard work are key qualifications, the rest can be learned. Hunger to learn and expand your knowledge and capabilities are appreciated and encouraged. Clean cut appearance and ability to follow a dress code with company provided shirts. Veterans, Michelin level restaurant (back or front of house), five star hotel/resort hospitality, or previous yacht crew or stew experience would excel in this position and advance quickly.
