What You’ll Do Provide excellent customer service. Educate customers about affordable internet options and how to qualify. Walk customers through simple application processes with patience and professionalism. Troubleshoot concerns, answer questions, and provide accurate information. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed applications. Support outreach efforts to expand awareness of low-income internet programs. What We’re Looking For Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED. A strong communicator with empathy and patience. Someone who enjoys helping others and making a real impact. Reliable, punctual, and professional. A team player with the ability to also work independently. Customer service experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as important. Job Details Pay: $15/hour (full-time, 40 hours per week). Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12 PM – 8 PM. Location: Must be able to commute to our office.
